Qursed is a Hanoverian chestnut mare sired by the German stallion sensation Quaterback, out of the Weltmeyer mare, PrM Broadway Waterford. A picture of elegance with expressive movement, during her highly decorated show career Qursed amassed a long list of achievements including championships at EA NSW Horse of the Year, Sydney Royal Easter Show, East Coast Arabian Champion of Champions and multiple Australian National Arabian Championships.
In the Mare Classification with the Australian Warmblood Horse Association, Qursed was graded into the Head Studbook with a score of 84.50%. Qursed is also a Premium Mare in the Hanoverian Studbook recognised for her dual talent in Dressage and Jumping. Qursed's jumping talent was recognised being awarded the Australia Jumping Champion of the Hanoverian Mare Performance Test.
In 2017, Qursed produced a beautiful chestnut filly named Flawless NGE sired by triple World Young Horse Dressage Champion, Sezuan (IFS). Flawless NGE is now 4 years old and has just commenced her Dressage career with a performance highlight of being awarded Champion in the Kohnke's Own 4YO NSW Young Horse Championship Final at the 2022 Sydney CDLite.
Qursed now enjoys the slower pace of life in retirement, still looks every bit a show horse, all the time being looked after like the queen she is.
