Inspired by our time owning, breeding and competing our own horses, NGE has a unique approach where the products we offer are hand selected, tried and tested by us or are of great repute for 'getting the job done'.

Inventory & Special Orders
This website runs on real time inventory so you can shop with confidence that your purchases are in stock and ready to post. There is nothing worse than completing your purchase and getting message that you need to wait for days, weeks, even months. We do offer some items available by customer order, these products are clearly labelled with the text 'CUSTOM ORDER' or 'SPECIAL ORDER' details.
Whilst we work diligently at maintaining the real time inventory levels, we are only human. In the rare situation where an item ordered is not in stock we will advise the customer immediately and give the option to cancel the item from the order and receive a store credit or refund or wait for stock to arrive.
If you see an item that is out of stock, we have a great group of suppliers who can usually provide stock within five to seven days.
If there is a special item that you are after and cannot see it on our website, we have access to a variety of wholesalers with over 20 000 items and maybe able to source it for you with a quick turnaround.

Free Local Delivery
NextGen Equine offer free local delivery for our valued customers in the 2318 post code area. The suburbs include Campvale, Ferodale, Fullerton Cove, Medowie, Oyster Cove, Salt Ash and Williamtown. The minimum order is $40.00 and deliveries are done weekly on a Saturday. The local delivery option will appear at checkout when you populate a shipping address that has the 2318 post code.
Trading Hours
NextGen Equine is an online business, we do not have specified trading hours, so are available seven days per week to help you with your enquiries.
Sponsorship
NextGen Equine is not seeking to engage in any sponsorship arrangements with horses, riders or events. Being a small business, we receive multiple requests per day and it is simply not sustainable. Instead, we prefer to share the benefits to our buyer community, giving back everyday in value for money prices, exceptional customer service, exclusive discounts and lots of lollies to the people who directly support our small business.
