Order Cycle and Shipping
Currently we are lodging orders approximately every four weeks.
Customer orders are compiled and sent as a bulk shipment to create international freight efficiencies which allows us to offer the best value prices everyday.
Once order is lodged with E.A.Mattes, average time from production in Poland, international freight and arriving in our store is currently 6-8 weeks. In rare instances, orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons and may take up to 10-12 weeks.
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for orders of $150 AUD and over.
Australian orders under $150.00 pay a flat rate of $10.90 for standard shipping.
Internationally we ship to the USA, Canada and New Zealand, with FREE standard shipping for orders of $500 AUD and over.
All orders include end to end parcel tracking.
These items are made to order at Mattes HQ in Poland. Available to custom order up until 31-Mar-25. Watch this space, there are a few more saddle pads still to come.
