Order Cycle and Shipping
Currently we are lodging orders approximately every 3 weeks.
Customer orders are compiled and sent as a bulk shipment to create international freight efficiencies which allows us to offer the best value prices everyday.
Once order is lodged with E.A.Mattes, average time from production in Poland, international freight and arriving in our store is currently 6-8 weeks.
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for orders of $150 AUD and over.
Australian orders under $150.00 pay a flat rate of $10.90 for standard shipping.
Internationally we ship to the USA, Canada and New Zealand, with FREE standard shipping for orders of $500 AUD and over.
All orders include end to end parcel tracking.
